The 13th National Games OP Sailboat Tournament Preliminary Tournament successfully ended at Hailing Island yesterday. After four days’intense competition, 8 teams including Guangdong team won this contest and would attend the final competition held in Tianjin on September. This tournament is held by State Physical Culture Administration.
